New Macs:
- Click on the Apple menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select Control Panels, and then click on TCP/IP.
- In the field that says Name server addr.:, make sure that the numbers read:
64.40.160.10
64.40.160.15
Each set of numbers should be on a new line. If you have any other numbers listed, delete them and replace them with the numbers listed above.
- Click on File and select Quit.
- Click on the Save button.
- Shut down and restart your computer.
Old Macs:
- Click on the Apple menu in the upper left corner of your screen and select Control Panels. Click on MacTCP.
- Click once on the PPP icon so that it is highlighted.
- Click on More.
- Look for the section called Domain Name Server Information: at the bottom of the window. Under Domain, type in svn.net. In the two boxes below that, enter a single period (.). Under IP Address, enter 64.40.160.10 in the first and second boxes. In the third box, enter 64.40.160.15. In the Default column, click the first circle.
- Click OK.
- Close the MacTCP window.
- Shutdown and restart your computer.
