Macintosh OS 10 (Later Versions) DNS Settings

Note: These instructions apply to later versions of OS 10. If you have an earlier version of OS 10, please use these instructions instead.
  1. From the Apple menu in the upper left corner, select System Preferences.

  2. Click on the Network icon.

  3. Click on TCP/IP.

  4. Verify that Configure IPv4: is set to Using PPP.

  5. Clear any entries in the DNS Servers and Search Domains fields.

  6. Click Apply Now and close the Network window.

  7. Shut down and restart your computer.
