Refer to the images below. Screens for the Windows version are shown but the information applies to the Mac version as well. If any of the images are not identical to your screen, enter the information in the corresponding fields.
Where 'username' and 'username@svn.net' appear in this document, use your username and not the word 'username'.
Select Edit, Preferences, Mail & Newsgroups, Identity.
For Netscape 6.0 and later, this is found under Edit, Mail and News Account Settings in the Netscape Mail window, not the Netscape browser window.
Enter your real name as you would like it to appear in the Your name: field.
Enter your email address in the Email address: field.
Select Mail Servers.
Enter mail.svn.net in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field.
Enter your username in the Outgoing mail server user name: field. Your username does not include @svn.net.
If mail.svn.net does not appear in the Incoming Mail Servers list, click Add to add it. If mail.svn.net does appear, click Edit to edit it.
Enter mail.svn.net in the Server Name: field.
Choose POP3 Server in the Server Type: field.
Enter your username in the User Name: field. Your username does not include @svn.net.
