Changing Your Dial-up Number

• Local Dial-up Coverage

• Windows 95/98 (Dial-up Networking):
  1. Double click on My Computer.
  2. Double click on Dial-up Networking.
  3. Right click on your current SVN connection and choose Properties.
  4. Replace the old number with the new number.

• Windows 2000/XP (Network and Dial-up Connections):
  1. Click on the Start menu.
  2. Go to Settings and click on Network and Dial-up Connections.
  3. Right click on your current SVN connection and choose Properties.
  4. Replace the old number with the new number.

• MacOs 7.1-7.5 (Config/Free PPP):
  1. Select the Config/Free PPP control panel from the control panels list.
  2. Click on the Config button.
  3. Replace the old number with the new number.

• MacOs 7.5-9 (Open Transport):
  1. Select the PPP (or Remote Access) control panel from the control panels list.
  2. Replace the old number with the new number.

• Mac OS X
  1. Go to the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
  2. Open the Network control panel.
  3. Click on the PPP tab.
  4. Replace the old number with the new number.
