All SVN accounts now have the capability for junk e-mail filtering at no extra charge.
In order to start using this filtering, you must enable it. This can be done by using our Mail Manager tool or by calling our office at (707) 781-9999 (West Marin users can reach us toll-free by dialing (415) 669-7831).
We are constantly updating and improving our filtration software. As part of our latest upgrades to the software, we have implemented a new web-based e-mail interface. By using our new Secure Webmail interface, you can view messages that have been filtered out of your account for up to 14 days. Many users find this helpful in the event that a piece of important e-mail is accidentally filtered out as spam.
In most cases, using our junk e-mail filters will prevent more than 95% of junk e-mail from reaching your inbox. As always, we welcome your feedback!
