Windows Vista Configuration
- Click on the Start button.
- Click on Control Panel.
- Click on Network and Internet, and then Network and Sharing Center.
- Click on Set up a connection or network.
- Click on Set up a dial-up connection and then click Next, as shown below.
- A list of modems will appear (although there will likely only be one). Make sure your modem is selected and then click Next.
- The following window will appear:
- In the Dial-up phone number: box, enter your local dial-up phone number (for a list of local dial-up numbers, click here).
- In the User name: box, enter your SVN username.
- In the Password: box, enter your SVN password.
- Click in the checkbox next to Remember this password if you do not want to enter your password each time you connect.
- In the Connection name: box, enter SVN.
- When finished, click on the Connect button to establish a connection.
- You have now configured your dial-up connection.
