How am I making this vision a reality?

I strive to bring this vision into form by…

  • assisting leaders of organizations in the clarification and communication of their goals and the processes by which they expect to achieve those goals
  • designing and building learning systems -- including web-based training (WBT) and electronic perfomance support systems (EPSS) -- that help employees access critical information and build essential skills required to meet organizational objectives
  • encouraging individuals to think carefully, collaborate often and communicate clearly
  • making both financial and service contributions to the community in which I live.
