Every project on which I work is influenced by my vision, mission and values. Leaders of organizations choose to work with me, in part, because of this. They find that they can count on me to help them realize their visions, accomplish their missions and support their values.

• businesses are profitable because they consistently deliver products and services of high quality that truly meet the needs of their customers
• employees are satisfied in their jobs and enjoy their work in part because they have access to the information and tools they need to be excellent

How am I making this vision a reality?

I strive to bring this vision into form by…

• assisting leaders of organizations in the clarification and communication of their goals and the processes by which they expect to achieve those goals
• designing and building learning systems -- including web-based training (WBT) and electronic perfomance support systems (EPSS) -- that help employees access critical information and build essential skills required to meet organizational objectives
• encouraging individuals to think carefully, collaborate often and communicate clearly
• making both financial and service contributions to the community in which I live.
