I'm Tess
I'm a Border Collie as well as you can see, just like 'that other' dog, that b*tch, in the true sense of the word. ('cuse my language) We can't stand eachother, oh we learned to tolerate eachother, kind of, over the years, but we'll never be buddy buddies. After all we _are_ Border Collies. Border Collies have something else on their mind than making friends with other dogs, we have a JOB to do....
Some of us herd sheep, or geese, or kitties, or hamsters or even fish, or like I do, balls, balls, frisbees, squeeky soft toys, balls, frisbees, did I mention balls already?
I sometimes have time to cuddle but most times when my humans finally sit down I bring them my ball and I have perfectionaliased 'the-stamping-with-feet-to-get-attention-and-barking-without-making-a-sound' trick. They say I look like a dog who's doing karoake, but I don't care it's very effective
My mum Lydia adopted me when from Sheepdog Society in the UK. Unfortunately a lot of rotten things happened in her life last year and she had to make a big life change, another job and much much less time for me. I was sad and alone at home all day, she even had to work at weekends. Than my other humans took me to stay with them, I could play and run again but I couldn't really get along with Gwen, that other b*tch. My dad said we are too much alike and even Gwen was getting really sad and even though it broke my mum Lydia's heart, she said I deserved a family of my own
So I moved and I'm real happy now, I've got lovely new humans who didn't know any of my old tricks ;-), I have got the house for myself and I love that, I don't care for other dogs I'm much more fond of humans, they throw much better balls ;-) I'm spoiled rotten, I go to the park every day and do agility. My other mum said that because I will always be a part of the family I will have my own webpage as well. Please have a look at my photo album!
